   Fried calamari was one Big clump and Tasted like the oil was stale . Ran out of minestrone soup and Just brought clam chowder To us without Even asking.no bread on the table .just nothing to make me ever going back.

   Dined out for date night at 6pm on Saturday night. Several other functions (wedding, quinceanera, etc.) were happening at the hotel, making parking a challenge, though none of the events interfered with the restaurant. Happy to see the restaurant honor their Dine Out Boston menu, which was reasonably priced. Although one of the appetizer options (soup) was sold out, the salad and fried calamari options were great. The amount of fried calamari was pleasantly surprising. Staff was very attentive and even pivoted gracefully after a miscommunication about the salad dressing preference, prompting a quick changeout of the salad. Main courses were the chicken parmesan and the steak, both of which were great. Dessert followed the first two courses. We both had the chocolate cake, which was delicious. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend, especially with the Dine Out Boston 2025 menu.

   My husband and I took advantage of the Dine Boston week (Feb23-March 15,2025). When we were seated at the table the Dine Boston lunch menu was completely different from what was posted on the Dine Boston website. Apparently it was the dinner menu which we liked but was posted for both lunch and dinner - a disappointment. The lunch menu was fine -we ordered the shrimp scampi - generous portion. The BEST part of the restaurant was the waitress, Theresa. She was the only waitress doing everything from being host, bar server and our server. Theresa was an amazing waitress. She was pleasant, calm, accommodating and attentive. Theresa literally ran the entire restaurant seamlessly. I HOPE management recognizes how valuable Theresa is to the organization. Without Theresa as our waitress, our dining experience would not be as enjoyable.

   There were 4 of us for dinner. We weren’t aware there would be live entertainment. The music was great and made for an enjoyable evening but the noise level was over the top. The food was not that great for the price. Both the chicken parm and steak Milanese were tough. The steak had to be sent back as it was basically inedible. Only thing good were the drinks.

   We arrived at chopps after going to dinner for valentines day somewhere else. We really wish we went to chopps in the first place. There was live music (Mike Nolan) who was great, bartenders were the best (we sat at the bar), overall a great atmosphere. Although we didn’t have any food, I gave 5 stars for the perfect mixed drinks the bartenders made. We will be back.

   Our NYE was ruined. Waited 2+ hours to be served one drink, appetizers and meal never came. We left cash for drinks and left to go down the street to Eddie V’s where we were sat and served drinks, appetizers, and a steak dinner within 30 minutes at 10pm on New Year’s Eve. Don’t waste your time here. Go to literally any other local restaurant.

   Understanding it was NYE, but we are not in the metro area. The bartender didn't even acknowledge me for 5 minutes, and when she did, she waved me off( Patti) Once seated, our server was great, but she had no help. We sat at 735 and didn't get our entrees until 930. We ordered them @845. My sides were cold, I didn't make a stink because I was on a date. I'm in the business, in a director role. I had more respect for my date than to do my job. So, I took it. Will definitely not be returning.
