   We had an excellent time at the Chart House! The food was wonderful, and the pre-fix meal was an ideal way to have a complete 3-course meal. The Prime rib and shrimp and pasta were fabulous; the lobster bisque was exquisite, and the lava cake dessert was tasty! Every meal cannot go without the cream spinach! I can't wait until the next time!

   Sadly, the restaurant did not honor any open table comments for my husbands 40th bday yesterday. I asked to have a surprise desert added to the bill and no energy or enthusiasm from the server. Very bland and poor experience. Food good but no special ambiance anymore at chart house. Used to come here for many family events and everything has gone down hill. I’m so upset I picked here for my husband’s bday dinner, a special milestone felt flat and stale with service and overall experience. The best person who interacted with us and treated us nicely was the vallet. The only person with a personality and smile with cheer. Just sad.

   This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. I spent considerable time searching for fine dining options comparable to the Chart House for an anniversary dinner, but I was left disappointed with the experience. While the atmosphere was lovely, there were several negatives about the meal, starting with the cocktails. My wife ordered a Tito’s Vodka on the rocks with a muddled orange. When the drink arrived, the taste was off. We both sampled it and agreed something wasn't right. We ordered a second one, but it still tasted off. My appetizer, the Coconut Crunchy Shrimp, was excellent. However, my wife’s Sunset Beets with truffle goat cheese, radish, and carrot top pesto was disappointing. The truffle goat cheese was nothing more than a thin, narrow smear across the plate, insufficient to accent the volume of the beets. The main courses were also disappointing. My wife ordered the Sea Bass with Lobster Risotto, and I opted for the Dock to Dine Ahi Tuna with Island Spiced Salsa and 3 Potato Garlic Mashed. Despite informing the server that my wife likes her food piping hot, her dish arrived tepid and had to be sent back to be reheated. My meal, while hot, included grilled Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, which I cannot eat and were not listed on the menu as part of the dish. The Island Spiced Salsa was less than a tablespoon of small mango & pineapple shards with little discernible “spice”. Additionally, the glass of wine I ordered with my meal was never served, and the server did not return to check on us. As a result, I had to eat my hot meal while my wife waited for hers. Not our preferred way of enjoying a special dinner. I don’t mind paying Chart House prices, but I expect the entirety of the meal to be worth it, that was not the case.

    Our server Joseph was outstanding; very attentive and friendly. I usually get a baked potato but garlic mashed potatoes were excellent. I always have a good experience here.
